What is Yoga?

Yoga is a practical science based mainly on the principles of Physics, Physiology. The term Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word `yuj`, which means to combine or to be yoked or united with “God” or the Ultimate Reality. It’s for right living and significant force in the development of personal health. By introducing the principles of yoga into our varied lifestyles, a person can systematically balance the physical, mental and emotional dimensions of his being to arrive at true health.

ASANA

To be happy and comfortable always with any posture called Asana. Asanas are psycho-physical in nature. They are not mere physical postures. According to Hatha Yoga pradipika, there are 84 Asanas that promote health, strength and long life.
